Is it time to get some new kitchen gadgets? We think so. Finding new ways to cook our meat products is definitely one of our favorite pastimes.
It can be hard to figure out which gadgets you need due to the sheer number of options on the market… some more expensive and some more affordable. Don't worry, though.
Here are three exciting kitchen gadgets you can use to cook up some delectable recipes.
Sous Vide for Juiciness
If you’re looking for complete control over the juiciness of your finished meat, look no further. We love cooking our Chicken Manganaro using this recipe.
These sausages were made with Flying Dog Brewing Company's Citrusy Thunderpeel IPA, and you're welcome to add some more of your favorite beer into the sous vide bag.
Three tablespoons of beer and some salt will bring out the best flavor. Then vacuum seal the bags. You can cook them in the water bath for 45 minutes to four hours. Throw them on the grill afterward to brown, and you have a mouth-watering sausage.
If you're looking for one of the best sous vide cookers on the market, we recommend William’s Sonoma Anova Precision Pro Sous Vide Cooker. Want something on the more affordable end? Check out the Inkbird WiFi Sous Vide Culinary Precision Cooker.
Countertop Grill for Flavor
Grill in all seasons, from the comfort of your kitchen to a tailgate party with a portable kitchen grill. We love using our grill to roast up our Boerewors sausage: the one-pound coil makes it an excellent choice for the grill.
Grill your sausage for five minutes on each side or until brown and fully cooked. Then add some chopped peppers and onions to the grill, cooking until they’re slightly charred, about 4 minutes.

You'll need to purchase a grill, of course. Breville Smart Electric Countertop Grill is one of the best on the market and a fan favorite. If you're looking for a budget option, the George Foreman Smokeless-Digital Smart Select is also a great choice.
Take four hoagie rolls and line them with your favorite type of sliced cheese. Warm the rolls on the grill. Once the cheese is melted, place the chopped sausage and grilled onion and peppers inside, and you'll have some tasty barbeque.
Air Fryer for Crispiness and Easy Cleanup
Looking for a fast, easy way to cook your sausages with minimal cleanup? Use your air fryer! You’ll get crispy exteriors and juicy interiors in only a few minutes. You can use any of your favorite sausages in the air fryer.
One of our favorites is the French Country Sausage. Grab some from our site, defrost, and poke a few holes into the casing using a fork. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook until browned and cooked inside, about 9-12 minutes.
